Anabrez - Anastrozole tablets contain the substances known as anastrozole. This lies in the group of medicines known as ‘aromatase inhibitors’.Utilized to medicate breast cancer in women who have suffered with the menopause. The tablets work by cutting down the figure of the hormones called estrogen, which is made by the body. It does this by obstructing a natural matter (an enzyme) present in the human body known as ‘aromatase’.
The active substance in this medicine is anastrozole. Each film-coated tablet comprises 1mg of anastrozole. The other ingredients of the tablets core are sodium starch glycolate, povidone (E1201), lactose monohydrate, and magnesium stearate (E572). The ingredients in the tablet coatings are macrogol, titanium dioxide (E171) and hypromellose (E464).
Stop taking Anastrozole 1mg Tablets if you are sensitized to any single ingredient of this medicine, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take Anastrozole tablets if any of the above apply to you. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Anastrozole 1mg Tablets.

Before using Anabrez - anastrozole tablet, inform the doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have some other allergies. This product may incorporate inactive ingredients that can reason in allergic reactions or some other problems. Discuss with your pharmacist for more information. Before taking this medication, inform the doctor or pharmacist about your medical history, particularly of: liver disease, brittle bone disease (osteoporosis), blood clots, high blood pressure, heart disease (such as ischemic heart disease, chest pain).
This medicate may make you vertiginous so do not drive or use any machinery, or do some other activity that needs alertness. Limit the intake of alcoholic drinks.
Keep this medication out of vision and reach of kids. Keep the tablets in a safe place where kids cannot see them as these can harm them in some physical contacts. This medicinal product does not need any particular storage conditions. Do not make the use of this drug after the expiry date that is written on the packs. The first two digits point the month and the last four figures point the year. Ask the pharmacist about the throwing act of the medicines, which you no longer use. These activities will assist in the protection of environment.
