How touse Linezolid Solution, Intravenous
This medication isgiven by injection into a vein as directed by your doctor, usually every 12hours. It should be injected slowly over 30 minutes to 2 hours. The dosage isbased on your medical condition and response to treatment. For children, thedosage is also based on age and weight, and they may be directed to usethis medication every 8 hours.
