Cefolac-OZ Tablet is used to treat infections caused by bacteria. It works as an antibiotic by stopping the growth of bacteria and also killing it. It is used to treat infections such as bronchitis( infection of the air tubes to the lungs), gonorrhea ( a sexually transmitted disease) and infections of ear, throat, tonsils etc. Cefolac-OZ Tablet only treats bacterial infections and doesn't work for viral infections like flu. This medication comes in the form of chewable tablets and capsules.

Cefolac-OZ Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Cefixime and Ofloxacin. Cefixime works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Ofloxacin works by preventing the bacteria from reproducing and repairing themselves. Together, they treat your infection effectively.
